The analysis of is innovative-technological activity of the regional enterprises of Republic Tatarstan with use of techniques OECD is presented and EUROSTAT on the basis of the empirical research of the given enterprises conducted by authors for 2005–2008 the comparative analysis of is innovative-technological development of the regional enterprises with the European enterprises is carried out.
