Analysis of the structural units of the responsible authority of the Administration of Yekaterinburg showed not only the inadequacy of the federal land law, but failure in terms of internal organization of the Committee. These circumstances may affect the effectiveness of the Administration of Yekaterinburg on the orders of the municipal land fund, and are the result of low revenue collection from the management of land fund of Yekaterinburg.
