Now small cities of Russia are in heavy position. To lift a national economy without stabilization of a situation in small cities it is impossible. Duly operated re-structuring industrial and economic activities of city at financial support at a nation-wide level, from regional authorities and investors will allow to leave to small cities complex social and economic position.
