Regulation of re-structuring of an industrial complex of region on the basis of criterion of economic safety

In a world economic crisis necessity of improvement of structure of the Russian industry was showed especially sharply. Thereupon problems of its re-structuring to which given article is devoted, have got a special urgency. The accent is made on a substantiation of criterion of necessity of re-structuring of an industrial complex at region level – the subject of the Russian Federation. As such criterion it is offered to use criterion of economic safety of region that can be revealed on the basis of dynamics of separate indicators from among the structural indicators of economic safety developed by authors. The offered approach allows to overcome difficulties of working out of threshold values of indicators of economic safety at regional level.
