The Russian businessmen frequently face a problem of regional expansions of the business. The answer to a question on expediency and necessity of opening of branch, is frequently decided not before hours representations, and after its closing in connection with inefficient activity. This point in question in overwhelming majority of cases is decided, leaning without delay against intuition of the manager, being rather than based on however the serious analysis. The technique offered by us will allow to lower risk at decision-making of regional development of business in mobile communication.
