Rental regulatory mechanism efficient use of land

This article discusses the problem of increasing the role of payments in the form of land revenue and the improvement of the land charges as a tool for rationalizing land use. One of the factors affecting the efficient use of land and increasing the profitability of agricultural enterprises, the author seems a reasonable size of land tax and rent on the basis of land rents.
