Forecast for Demographic Development in Sakha Republic (Yakutia) to year 2025

The article studies prospects of demographical progress in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) up to 2025. It also offers a demographical forecast in the population number and composition including the potential changes in birth and death rates, and migration. It examines the demographical ability of the republic to meet the demand for human resources in the local economy. It is shown that the republic can face the problem of HR deficit due to several large investment projects being implemented here.
