In modern conditions of an aggravated competition, innovations become a key factor in successful business. The article assesses the innovative activities efficiency, examining the dynamics of the major technical and economical characteristics of the "ALROSA" company in 2000-2007. To stimulate the corporate innovative activities, the potential development strategy should be amended.
