Characteristics of Middle-Term Planning of Budget Expenses in Municipal Units of Sakha Republic (Yakutia)

The article reflects some features of middle-term financisl planning in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The article describes the major provisions of the middle-term planning methods, specifically the approaches to formalizaed calculation of the local budget expenses amount. These methods were developed for the SR (YA) Ministry of Finance order, and is now used in budget planning in the municipal areas of the republic. The research on the same topic, made by the financial policy department of the Federal State Scientific Centre "Institute of the North Regional Economy" provided results that can be used in budget planning and local finance managementя in different Russian districts.
