Development Prospects for Car Transportа in Sakha Republic (Yakutia) up to the year 2025

Development of the market relations in Russia, together with the new economical relations emerging, and the independence of market participants, the tendency for integration processes - all this require the radically new approaches to development of the regional transport system with a potential to develop further in different directions. To find the more specific characteristics of the regional transport complex development and of the state functions in terms of transport development, the main directions of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) social and economical development up to 2025 are defined. This article studies a long-term scenario of the regional car transport system and road net development.
