On the New Rusian Regional Policy Concept

The article was prepared after Ilyukhin V.I., the member of the President of Russia Representatives Office in the Far East federal region, the Chief Federal Inspector in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), initiated the discussion of the project “Russian Regional Policy Concept”, offered by the Ministry of the Regional Development of the Russian Federation, on 4 December 2008. The author offered his own view of the problem and gave some practical advice on perfecting the Concept.
