Subject. This article discusses the transformation of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and the Latin Caribbean countries in the context of geopolitical fragmentation and sanctions pressure. Objectives. The study aims to identify key trends, structural shifts and promising areas for increasing non-primary exports of the Russian Federation. Methods. For the study, we used methods of analyzing international trade statistics for 2014–2024, comparative analysis of product groups, systematization, alignment of strategic priorities and regional analysis. Results. The article reveals that the main drivers of growth are chemical industry products and fuels, and identifies stable niches for non-primary exports. It also shows new horizons of cooperation between the countries. Conclusions. It is necessary to qualitatively update the interaction model through the implementation of joint projects in high-tech industries, use of the BRICS financial infrastructure mechanisms and adaptation to the non-offshoring trend in the region. The proposed directions will contribute to strengthening economic security and realizing Russia's national interests in the context of global changes.
