Theoretical and methodological foundations of transport and logistics infrastructure digital transformations for the implementation of transformation processes of the Russian regional economic systems
Subject. This article focuses on the problems of introducing digital, information and communication technologies into logistics system management in Russia. Objectives. The study aims to develop effective measures in the interaction of logistics systems in the context of digital transformation to ensure the sustainable development of various sectors of the Russian economy. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of comparative and statistical analyses, as well as modeling methods, integrated, systemic and functional methods. Results. The article shows the author's approach to creating a digital platform model. It also presents the theoretical and methodological foundations of the digital platform functioning. Conclusions. With the successful implementation of the presented option of creating a digital platform, a single digital transport and logistics space will arise that will unite all links of the logistics chain. This will satisfy both the real needs of transport and logistics services, and the current level of modern digital technologies development. The results obtained can help in the practice of enterprise management, and for the formation of programs in the field of training specialists in logistics and enterprise management.
