Subject. This article focuses on the improving the mechanisms of State support for investments aimed at digital and environmental modernization of the agro-industrial complex of the Krasnodar Krai. Objectives. The study aims to develop an algorithm of the State investment policy, ensuring the transition from extensive to innovative development of the agro-industrial complex of the region. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of economic analysis and modeling based on digital monitoring. Results. The article proposes a nine-step algorithm of the State investment policy, and reveals a steady increase in financing while maintaining the leading positions of subsidizing loans and technical re-equipment. It also shows an increase in investments to 1.23 trillion RUB by 2026. Conclusions. For a sustainable technological transformation of the agro-industrial complex, it is necessary to replace static subsidies with an adaptive feedback system, prioritizing digital and environmental investments. Regional governments, ministries of agriculture, and scientific organizations can use the results of the study.
