Subject. This article discusses models of innovative cooperation between Russia and Mongolia.
Objectives. The study aims to identify problems in optimizing innovative cooperation between Russia and Mongolia, and to propose recommendations for identifying the most successful and promising models of their innovative cooperation.
Methods. For the study, we used the methods of forecasting and innovative crisis management based on a systemic-information approach.
Results. The article carries out an assessment of the current state of innovative cooperation between Russia and Mongolia, and analyzes the tasks and models of this cooperation. It also proposes recommendations for optimizing cooperation between the two countries.
Conclusions. The current state of Mongolian-Russian cooperation in the field of science and innovation, in terms of quantitative and qualitative parameters, does not satisfy either side and requires optimization.
