Subject. This article focuses on economic consequences of imposing sanctions on the Russian high-tech industry.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the negative aspects of the sanctions impact on the technical and economic products characteristics in high-tech industries.
Methods. For the study, we used the methods of logical data analysis.
Results. The article examines the necessary conditions for ensuring Russia's technological sovereignty and suggests ways to mitigate the negative effects on Russia's economy.
Conclusions. The potential for consolidating technologically related productions, scientific and design divisions, and high-tech cross-industry integration can help create and maintain sovereign, complete innovation chains. The use of these opportunities depends on the government policy in Russia.
