Subject. This article focuses on the region personnel security under the influence of socioeconomic, digital, and innovative development factors.
Objectives. The article aims to analyze the level of personnel security in the Russian regions and assess the impact of territorial development factors on its change.
Methods. For the study, we used the methods of analysis and synthesis, graphical method, index method, and regression analysis method.
Results. The article reveals that the value of the Personnel Security Index is negatively correlated with economy digital transformation factors and the number of registered crimes in the region.
Conclusions. The results obtained confirm the hypothesis of the influence of socioeconomic and digital environmental factors on personnel security. There is an observed possibility of using the proposed methodology as a scientific justification for the need to improve socioeconomic policies in order to enhance the economic security of the region.
