Subject. This article focuses on the essence and concept of the Organizational and Economic Mechanism of Enterprise Development. Objectives. The article aims to justify the theoretical principles of the organizational and economic development mechanism in an enterprise. Methods. For the study, I used the general scientific methods of cognition (dialectical, dialectical-logical, abstract-logical), theoretical generalization, monographic and comparative analyses, as well as tabular and graphical, system-structural, and formal-logical methods. Results. The article reveals the content of the concepts Development, Innovative Development, Mechanism, Organizational and Economic Mechanism, and highlights various approaches to understanding the essence of this mechanism. Conclusions. The research results may be useful for scientists engaged in the theoretical aspects of enterprise development and for students in economics.
