Subject. This article discusses individual learning trajectories to improve the efficiency of professional education.
Objectives. The article aims to reveal the organizational and pedagogical foundations for using individual learning trajectories in the process of enhancing the effectiveness of vocational education and to demonstrate the necessity of meeting the economy's needs with skilled professionals.
Methods. For the study, I used content analysis and comparative analysis of the presented scientific positions.
Results. The article reveals that the educational path personalization can be implemented through an individual study plan, which includes both general education and professional components.
Conclusions. The educational trajectory serves as the foundation for the professional self-realization of university graduates.
