Subject. This article discusses the processes of formation and implementation of an adaptive organization management system in the context of digital economy.
Objectives. The article aims to determine the methodological foundations for adapting a modern organization to the digital economy conditions.
Methods. For the study, we used the formal-logical methods and dialectical, functional, and systemic approaches.
Results. The article examines the term Digital Transformation, systematizes management principles, and provides a comparative analysis of traditional and digital approaches to organizational management.
Conclusions. In the context of digital economy development, there is a shift from traditional theoretical tools to innovative ones. The studied theoretical tools can allow for the methodological framework development for enterprises growth in the digital economy.
