Subject. This article focuses on the impact of digitalization on the modern Russian labor market.
Objectives. The article aims to identify key trends and indicators of the economy digitalization, and determine the prospects for labor market development.
Methods. For the study, we used general scientific methods of analysis.
Results. The article reveals the widespread use of personal computers and local networks, alongside a low level of innovative development and a high level of software imports. It emphasizes the high popularity of hybrid employment forms, and the lack of a mass transition to fully remote positions.
Conclusions. Digitalization of the Russian labor market is characterized by profound structural changes associated with the new technologies introduction and forms of employment. There are challenges related to the need to adapt the educational system and strengthen scientific effective response to new conditions.
