Subject. This article focuses on the school meals system in the Russian Federation based on municipal procurement. Objectives. The article aims to develop an effective model for organizing school meals. Methods. For the study, I used methods of comparison and analysis, and statistical methods of processing economic data. Results. The article proposes a transition from centralized procurement to personalized financing for the consumer. This can help solve the problem of organizing purchases without placing excessive burden on the head of an educational organization. Conclusions. The creation and implementation of information systems will allow for personalized funding of each student's meals, and enable parents to monitor the nutritive process.
