Subject. This article considers transformation of management in innovative activities.
Objectives. The article aims to identify the problems of the innovative activities management transforming and propose recommendations on the issue.
Methods. For the study, we used methods of forecasting and crisis management based on a systems information approach.
Results. The article reveals system reasons and patterns of the innovation activities management transformation and proposes ways to overcome the current crisis.
Conclusions. The analyzed directions of management development help formulate a special strategic innovative culture to effectively counter the technological pressure of the “collective West”.
