Subject. This article examines the relationship between demographic, migration, and economic factors, and the quality of life in the region. Objectives. The article aims to analyze the impact of demographic, migration, and economic factors on the quality of life of the population of the Tambov Oblast and develop recommendations for improving it. Methods. For the study, we used quantitative and comparative analyses, and the Rosstat and regional statistical services data for 2022–2025. Results. The article finds that, despite industrial growth income increases, and unemployment reduction, problems of natural population decline, and a relatively low standard of living persist. The article proposes practical measures to improve the quality of life and stimulate the socioeconomic development of the region. These measures include stimulating the birth rate by increasing the regional maternity capital and improving mortgage accessibility, creating new places in preschool institutions and high-paying jobs, modernizing infrastructure, and implementing youth support programmes. Conclusions and Relevance. Achieving a sustainable improvement in the quality of life in the region requires cooperation between the authorities and the population, as well as attracting significant investments. Developing regional socioeconomic development programmes aimed at improving the quality of life of the population.
