Objectives. The purpose is to identify the main barriers to the use of financial instruments at the level of regions, develop proposals for their more effective use to achieve growth.
Methods. The study draws on methods of systems and comparative analysis, statistical data processing, regulatory framework review, analysis of the current dynamics of financial markets and their regional characteristics.

However, the implementation of integrated approach aims to overcome these barriers and opens up opportunities to improve the efficiency of data processing tools.
