Case analysis of the Russian transactions on merge in the insurance market

In article important lines of transactions on merge and acquisition are noted. The literature review is given, the main (incentive) reasons for transactions and the typical problems including mistakes and self-delusions on investment transactions are considered. The special attention is paid on a case analysis according to investment transactions which passed in the Russian market of insurance. Some assumptions based on unsystematized (separate) data are made.
