Improvement of legislative regulation of insurance brokers participate in state and local procurement

In the article some aspects of participation of insurance brokers as the specialized organizations in system of the government and municipal procurements are considered. The mechanism of transfer to function brokers on the organization of the public auction is analyzed, the order of pricing for intermediary services is specified. The conclusion about need of development of the separate regulatory legal act regulating government procurements in insurance, including with involvement of insurance brokers is drawn.
