Cash budget performance of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in conditions of transition to direct payments of grants on obligatory social insurance on temporary disability and motherhood

In the article the analysis of the organization of cash receipts and cash payments on accounts of regional offices of Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation across the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic and the Nizhny Novgorod Region is carried out. The recommendations on improvement of cash budget performance of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in the conditions of transition to direct payments are made. The technique of forecasting of cash payments is presented.
