In the article it is noted that the most actual and debatable problem of the modern financial theory and practice are the mechanism and role of finance of individuals. The mechanism of interaction of private finance and national wealth in the conditions of globalization of market economy is investigated. Proposals on improvement of management by finance of individuals and private national wealth are given.
