In the article it is noted that for improvement of production and organizational processes of information technologies it is necessary to accumulate experience and to consider it in further activity. Such experience on the basis of a set of expert publications is generalized. Particular emphasis is placed on the organizational management of the technology works and human factors in the organization of work.
