In the article the comparative assessment of ratings of execution of expenses of budgetary funds of regions is presented. The technique of rating exposure is given. The analysis of expenses of budgetary funds on five regions is presented: Nizhny Novgorod Region, Saratov region, Perm area, Republic of Bashkortostan, Republic of Tatarstan.
