The financial system still suffer from the wide range of aftershocks of crises events have taken place in 2008-2009. Negative tendencies in the real sector market force to decide question of maintenance of stability of the further functioning of system of the finance and economy as a whole. In this case, financial stability concept, researches for instability transmissions and ways of monetary policy modifications are getting more and more attention.
