The different aspects, estimation, regulation and model to inflations, characterizing this complex economic category are considered in the article. The incorporated notions of the waiting (the estimation to probability): money reform, devaluations, economic crisis, mounted-swarm, including known inflation waiting, on the general typical sign and name the negative economic estimation, but signs themselves, condition of their shaping and influence of the waiting on economy - the theory negative economic estimation are offered.
