Mezzanine financing as the perspective tool of investment

The article provides the rationale for further development of forms of private capital to finance investment projects and upgrading of productive assets of Russian enterprises. As one of the most perspective methods of financing investment projects, the mezzanine financing, combining features of equity and debt investment options are presented in the article.
