In the article the investment potential and a modern condition of the regional insurance market on an example of Krasnodar territory is considered problems of its development are revealed. It is developed model of the regional market in conditions of modernization of economy. It is offered forecast parameters of development of the regional insurance market on the basis of economic potential of territory.
