Problems of realization and financial maintenance of obligatory medical insurance

In given article importance of granting of free medical aid for citizens of Russia is underlined. The basic changes in this area since 2011 are reflected. The federal fund and fund of obligatory medical insurance of Kalmyk Republic, the mechanism of their formation and a direction of an expenditure of means are analyzed. Specifications of financial expenses on the average across Russia and in Kalmyk Republic are compared. The basic directions of modernization of public health services are reflected.
