Fire insurance in Russia: modern approaches and development history

There is an active discussion in Russian Federation about the creation of the system of the obligatory fire insurance of the apartments and houses. In this case it is necessary to remember, that the similar system acted successfully in our country in the second half of XIX - the beginning of XX cc. on the bases of the method of mutual insurance. This experience is seemed to be interesting in connection with the preparation of the modern law of obligatory fire insurance of the houses and apartments.
