This article refers to the problems of financial and credit markets. The directions of modernization of this area legislation and increasing of the objectivity of identification of monopoly trends in the markets of financial and credit services are reviewed throughout the development of categorial-conceptual apparatus, a system of criteria to identify monopolies and the formation of the Code of the Russian Federation «About the financial and credit markets in the Russian Federation».
