Crisis as factor of structured transformation of social and economic system

The article considers the questions of anti-crisis management of socio-economic system as part of its life cycle. The authors determine rehabilitation and protective mechanisms of bankruptcy institution. The paper presents the characteristic of the crisis as the phase of the business cycle and point of transition to the structural changes of the socio-economic system and considers the crisis management diagram in its life and builds 3-D adaptive model of crisis management at the organizational level. The model structure distinguishes settlement and procedural, analytical and control sub-systems, which mutual coordination creates basis for the mobilization of “protective” mechanisms of an organization and determines the nature of anti-crisis management measures. The article confirms that handling of structural changes of business units is achieved by generating synergies from interaction of planning and as well as analytical, evaluation, monitoring and diagnostic tools of the financial policies of an organization. Each of them generates specific information for operational, tactical and strategic management of socio-economic system in crisis.
