Subject. Economic security of machine-building enterprises in the context of digital transformation. Objectives. Development and testing of a methodology for assessing the level of economic security of machine-building enterprises in the context of digital transformation based on indicative analysis, thresholds and integrated assessment. Methods. The research is based on a systematic analysis and synthesis of approaches to economic security and digital transformation. The author's methodology includes a six-block system of indicators (financial, industrial, technological, innovative, personnel, information and digital, market blocks), a method of methodological triangulation to justify thresholds, threshold normalization of indicators and aggregation into an integral indicator with limited compensation. Results. A system of 18 indicators of economic security has been developed, adapted to the specifics of mechanical engineering and including digital metrics. A scale of risk zones is proposed (high, normal, pre-crisis, crisis, critical levels). Testing on the materials of AO Transmashholding showed a normal integral level of security (0.743) with pronounced vulnerabilities in the financial and market blocks. Conclusions. The proposed methodology provides a comparable and reproducible assessment of the economic security of a machine-building enterprise, makes it possible to identify critical risk areas and form management priorities, which is especially important in the context of increasing digital dependence and sanctions pressure.
