Alternative methods for evaluating the effectiveness of programs of reproduction of existing housing stock

One of limiting factors of implementation of programs of reproduction of existing housing stock is lack of techniques of an assessment of their economic efficiency. Considering this circumstance, it is advisable to reveal existing and offer the new methods providing receiving objective estimates of economic efficiency of the programs of reproduction of existing housing stock.
