For effective modeling and an assessment of the innovative project it is necessary to create the flexible and ergonomic systems of information support and producing decisions. In the article the possibilities of the device of the theory of indistinct sets for increase of intellectual potential of experts in work with data, knowledge and assumptions are revealed.
