In the conditions of demographic crisis the search of new, non-standard approaches to its overcoming is actualized. One of them there is realization by the enterprises of the social programs including stimulation of parental work of workers. In the article the maintenance of a technique of an assessment of economic and social efficiency of similar programs reveals, its approbation on example of JSC “Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works” are considered.
