Application of auditing procedures and techniques in the insolvency of the various categories of debtors increases the transparency and reliability of financial information formed in condition of insolvency, the degree of credibility of the participants in bankruptcy proceedings, which provides the agreed outcome of creditors and enhancing the effectiveness of the arbitration management.
