Risks in the context of the statutory health insurance

With the introduction of new mechanisms for financing the health system of the constituent entities of the Federation should be special attention paid to the analysis of possible risks, as well as finding ways to minimize them. This article discusses several aspects of performance, single channel mainly financing through a system of compulsory health insurance and the introduction of per capita funding when paying for outpatient medical care.
