There is a disparity between demand for public assets and their supply. It generally means that the State intends to have its assets privatized and replenish its budget during its acute deficit, rather than sell the assets at their highest value, thus increasing the efficiency of property management. The results apply to researches of students, post-graduates, teachers and managers in public institutions, profit-making and professional organizations.
