Under current conditions of permanent uncertainty there exist the necessity of the monitoring of risk situations, which can have an influence on the progress of project implementations and programs of development. The body of factors that specify project risks is defined and the content of quasirisk and its identification within the project management regarding project life cycle are given in this article. The characteristics of the most commonly encountered models of life cycle in the course of quasirisk defining, their advantages and disadvantages are also represented in this paper.

Importance The article analyzes the anti-competitive activities of authorities in the regions of the Russian Federation.
Objectives The paper aims to determine the causes and factors of anti-competitive behavior of the authorities, to identify key markets and assess the likelihood of making officials accountable.
Methods For the study, we used econometric methods of analysis and materials of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.
Results We have determined the causes and factors of anti-competitive behavior of the local authorities, identified key markets, and assessed the likelihood of making officials accountable. As well we assessed the interrelation of the amount of penalty for anti-competitive behavior and characteristics of such behavior.
Conclusions We conclude that the restriction of competition exists mainly in the regional markets of services, and the likelihood of attracting officials accountable is very low and does not depend on the duration of the anti-competitive actions. Punishment for anti-competitive actions of power structures must be substantial.

Importance The article deals with the economic relations that arise in the course of the development of hotel business: it considers one of the priority directions of the economy of the Krasnodar Krai using the hotel industry as a case study.
     Objectives The purpose of the study is to identify the main problems and the ways of development of hotel business in Krasnodar. In accordance with the purpose set, the authors were solving the following tasks: defining the role of the tourism industry in Krasnodar and the Krasnodar Territory; identifying features of the hotel business in the region; selecting the rational solutions to the hotel industry's problems. In addition, the authors analyzed indicators of the recreational sector of Kuban indicating the prospects of development of the recreational complex of the region as an investment-attractive business.
     Methods The study used a system analysis, as well as the methods of synthesis, induction and deduction.
     Results The result of this research is the application of a system of measures to create an attractive image of the hotel enterprise, to establish logistics systems for the realization of hotel services, to improve the system of hotel management at the regional level.
     Conclusions and Relevance The conclusions and recommendations resulting from the study seek to solve the regional problems associated with the development of the hospitality industry. They can be used in the process of developing the measures aimed at the effective operation of the hotel complex to attract foreign investors to the region.
