In the article author's definition of conception corporate relations is made, advantages of the corporate form business dealing are analyzed. Main principles of construction of intra-corporate relations of the difficult integrated structures are considered. Three types of formed associations of managing subjects are analyzed, namely: construction of intra-corporate mutual relations on the basis of property relations; construction of intra-corporate mutual relations on the basis of concentration of control over resources and services; construction of intra-corporate mutual relations on the basis of voluntary centralization by participants of structure of some imperious powers.

The present research work analyzes the state of the fixed assets in the Russian Federation, leading to the conclusion of the critical situation of the economic development. It studies the economic and mathematical models of investment management the aim of which is expansion and change of the production line. It also proposes the ways of assessing the sustainability of the results. The analytical and concept-theoretical blocks of the article are supplemented with the working model of an electric-tools manufacturer. These blocks as well contain some practical advice for the business owners who face the problem of the production expanding.

Subject The article considers the status and trends of development of the innovative system of agrarian sector of the Komi Republic.
Objectives The aim of this paper is to elaborate methodological approaches and practical recommendations on formation and development of an agro-innovation system in the northern region.
Methods For the study, we used a systems approach, based on the transformation of the agri-food sector in a holistic innovation system.
Results We have assessed the innovation activity of the agricultural sector, considered the factors and conditions affecting its innovative development. We developed methodological guidelines forming the agro-innovation system as a set of interacting fields. We propose certain approaches to formation and development of innovation system actors of the agricultural sector, and developed a system's model. As well, we propose forms of interaction between agricultural consulting services and research and educational institutions.
Conclusions and Relevance The supposed events on formation and development of regional agro-innovation systems will help accelerate the creation, commercialization and innovation. The results of this research can be used to support the strategy of innovative development of the agrarian sector, when adjusting the current Government program on development of the agri-food sector and developing a strategy for sustainable development of rural territories of the Komi Republic up to 2030, as well as when implementing the measures to improve the innovation activity of agricultural enterprises and farms of the northern region.

Importance Whereas budgetary spending should demonstrate higher efficiency, it is especially relevant to ensure the correlation of employees and executives' salaries with their performance results and target indicators of State programs.
     Objectives The research verifies the hypothesis that budgetary funds will be effectively spent to meet the objectives of authorities as set forth in State programs, if payroll expenses for salaries of employees and executives correlate with qualitative and quantitative indicators of organizations providing public services (completion of work).
     Methods We apply such methods as analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, comparison, observation, etc. We use interviews and questionnaires as special methods for the research.
     Results We obtain the results of the hypothesis verification. The research identifies weaknesses of the existing compensation plan that impede implementing the budgeting principles in line with results. The weaknesses also prevent a direct influence on the amount of the employee's salary, efficiency of his/her work and productivity of corporate operations. We articulate our recommendations on the way to improve mechanisms for financing compensation plans in direct correlation with each employee's contribution to achieving the common result of the required quality.
     Conclusions and Relevance The obtained results of the analysis confirm the theoretical consistency of verifiable hypothesis. However, the issue of factual influence mainly depends on solution of two critical and interrelated matters, i.e. insufficient finance of statutory expenses for salaries and technicalities in applying criteria for encouraging the effective performance of employees, executives and the entity as a whole. If the proposals are implemented, it will increase the efficiency of budgetary spending on salaries of employees working for public and municipal institutions. The recommendations may be applied by financial units, industrial governmental and local authorities, public and municipal institutions in order to improve their compensation plans.
