Prospects of development of Islamic insurance in the Republic of Dagestan

In the article the questions of regional development of the market of insurance services of the Republic of Dagestan are considered. It is noted that development of system of insurance in the republic can happen on the basis of the concept of Islamic insurance. The theoretic-methodological base of Islamic insurance in the region is presented; main objectives and the principles are defined.

In the article dynamics of development of the market of insurance services of the Republic of Dagestan is considered. Research of development of separate types of insurance in the region is considered; the infrastructure of the market of insurance services is analyzed. Importance The article discusses the issues of identifying the strategic areas of development of the innovation system of Russia.
Objectives The article aims to analyze the formation stages of the Russian innovation system and its current status, and develop the strategic directions of its development.
Methods The article uses the logical methods of historical research, comparative analysis and synthesis based on system information and system-cognitive approaches and principles of project strategic management.
Results The article contains system requirements and conditions for ensuring the possibility of adopting the innovation system of Russia as the primary systems integrator in joint innovation system of the Eurasian Economic Community.
Conclusions and Relevance We conclude that the innovation system of Russia, reflecting all aspects of innovative activities in the country, is the result of combining sustainable regional and local systems, the basis for innovative interactions within its borders and, at the same time, an integral part of the international systems in the course of internationalization of the innovation process and in shaping the world's innovation space. The proposed strategic development directions and forms of State regulation of the Russian innovation system through investment and innovation multiplier accelerators and other multipliers will enhance the process of transition to an innovative economy.

Importance The article discusses the nexus among the development of the national innovative system, science and education.
Objectives The research advocates for more efficient use of achievements of the Russian science and education notwithstanding that their finance is declining. This will help Russia to find an innovative path of its development as quickly as required in legislative documents.
Methods The article relies upon methods of logic and historical study, forecasting, analysis and synthesis. I provide the rationale for conditions that would allow for more intensive and cost-effective development of science and education. In this respect, I propose a set of measures in line with the fourth technological mode and accelerated creation of the innovative system in modern Russia.
Results I demonstrate the direct relation of effective development of science and education and development pace of innovative systems in new economy, illustrating Russia and some foreign countries. The article provides my recommendations on how to expedite the creation of large-scale innovative system in Russia that would comply with requirements of the new economy of the sixth technological mode.
Conclusions and Relevance I prove the need to create conditions for continuing improvement and development of science and education as key sources of high-tech innovation in the Russian innovative system, expedite the origination of the new economy in Russia, technological modes, effective transnational innovative system of the EEU, and make Russia a global leader.

Importance The article identifies the specifics of economic relations between wholesale entities and other market actors. Currently, goods are not regrouped and sorted as part of wholesale trade in Russia. It indicates the underdevelopment of logistic centers. Moreover, wholesale trade in Russia lacks its own dealership network, thus significantly affecting the circulation of goods, complicating the procedure for purchasing and documenting commodities, multiplying interim links and participants.
Objectives We provide our recommendations to improve the process and techniques of wholesale trade, which would be consistent with the specifics of the economic relations between wholesale entities and other market actors.
Methods The article involves methods of logic study, forecasting, analysis and synthesis coupled with the systemic and information approach.
Results We demonstrate how the specifics of economic relations between wholesale entities and other market actors directly correlates with the main patterns the wholesale market of spare parts and components shows in its formation. The article presents our recommendations how wholesale entities should improve the process and technique of wholesale trade. The scientific novelty of the article is that it substantiates the specifics of economic relations between wholesale entities and other market actors, and the main patterns seen in the formation of the wholesale market of spare parts and components, so to determine what role wholesale entities play in the process.
Conclusions and Relevance We substantiate why wholesale entities should innovate their processes and techniques for wholesale trade of goods to improve their competitiveness and income.
