Distribution of civil marriages as forms of freedom matrimonial behaviour of the population is revealed. The scale of the given phenomenon, areas of its distribution, the attitude of various socially-demographic groups of the population to a phenomenon of the free marriage union are analyzed. Preconditions and motives of credit behavior of families of republic are considered. It is shown, that among deterrents the role of socially-demographic circumstances, former experience of savings behavior and psychological impreparation is significant.

The concept of the general economic cost is perspective with standpoint of the approach to estimation of the nature and account not only direct resource functions, but also assimilation function, natural services. In article it is given feature of forest management in the Volgograd region, it is shown the structure of the forest income, the main functions of forest resource are revealed. The calculation of the general economic cost of the forest resource is presented. A conclusion is made about the importance of environment- forming and social function of forests


Evaluation of investment project by methods of Profitability for Return and Adjusted Net Present Value

There were developed methods of capital budgeting Profitability for Return and Adjusted Net Present Value (NPV*). Measure Q (illustrates profitability of project on invested capital) is a rate at which discounted income of project equals to the sum of discounted at cost of capital investments. NPV* is based on summing of investments discounted at real cost of capital and incomes discounted at growing sequence of rates. On the ground of presented measures was introduced visualization of project analysis, that enable evaluate and rank projects.
